Class Presenter Overview
Relationships Michael Stewart This three-day workshop offers a practical and faith-informed exploration of trauma, with a focus on how childhood experiences shape adult life, relationships, and personal identity. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what trauma is, how it develops, and the ways it can remain active beneath the surface long after the original events have passed.
The sessions will examine how early emotional wounds influence decision-making, self-perception, and patterns in relationships. Special attention will be given to how individuals come to view themselves, others, and life circumstances through the lens of unresolved trauma. These patterns often affect trust, communication, conflict, and spiritual growth.
Through guided teaching, reflection, and discussion, participants will begin to identify personal and relational patterns that may be rooted in past experiences. The workshop will also introduce pathways toward healing, renewal of the mind, and healthier ways of relating, grounded in biblical principles and practical application.
This workshop is designed for individuals seeking deeper self-awareness, those involved in ministry or caregiving, and anyone interested in understanding how past experiences shape present behaviours. It aims to equip attendees with insight, language, and tools to support personal growth and more meaningful, Christ-centered relationships.
Conflict Resolution Paul Blake Conflict Resolution Workshops
  1. Effective Conflict Resolution for Spirit-Led Leaders
This workshop equips participants to view conflict as an opportunity for growth and unity, addressing issues with humility, wisdom, and a commitment to reconciliation. Grounded in Scripture (Matthew 18:15–17; Galatians 6:1; James 1:19–20), it offers practical, Spirit-led strategies to navigate tension and reflect Christ-like character.
  2. Resolving Conflicts in a Spirit-Led Way
This workshop trains participants to handle conflict with humility and reliance on the Holy Spirit. Focusing on honest communication, gentle restoration, and Christ-like love, it draws on Matthew 18:15–17, Galatians 6:1, and James 1:19–20 to develop skills in listening, speaking with grace, and pursuing reconciliation.
  3. Steps to Conflict Resolution
This workshop provides a clear, Spirit-led process for resolving conflict with wisdom and grace. Participants will learn to pray, self-reflect (James 1:5; Matthew 7:3–5), address issues directly (Matthew 18:15), listen well (James 1:19), and practice reconciliation, wise counsel (Matthew 18:16), and forgiveness (Colossians 3:13).

Leadership Dr Harold Redd
Youth Dominic Dos Santos Examining the foundation in any structure is of paramount importance. The time we live in has opened systems of controversy and elements of doubt that seem to attack the stability of faith. The purpose of the class is to ensure the establishment of a biblical worldview that removes doubt and eliminates controversy thereby creating the stability of faith in God.
