The local host committee will provide free airport arrival and departure transportation service to our recommended hotels ONLY. Attendees requiring this service should clearly indicate the following information when REGISTERING:

Booking Terms
- Deposit: One night per person, non‑refundable (credit card).
- Balance: Paid on arrival.
- Cancellation:
- Up to 15 days before arrival → deposit forfeited only.
- 14 days or less → full stay charged.
- No‑shows/Early departures → full stay charged.
- No‑shows/Early departures: full stay charged.
- Cut‑off Date: June 14, 2026 (45 days before arrival). After this, unreserved rooms released to public rates.
Taxes & Fees
- Tourism Guest Levy: USD $6 per adult (18+) per night; USD $3 per teen (12–17) per night.
- Security Deposit: USD $200 per room, refundable at checkout.
- Rates include: tax and gratuities, but levy is separate and paid at check‑in.

- Late check‑out subject to availability & extra charge.
